With the polar vortex that is arriving in the area this weekend the cold can be life threatening! If you're cold your pet is cold. Do not leave them outside! If you see a dog tied outside don't hesitate to drop a dime on them! Call your local animal shelter or better yet law enforcement! Lets all stay warm!
